I was extremely happy with my experience with BM. Customer service was excellent and the quality of the dress was great. I custom ordered and needed to make some minor adjustments, and their reimbursement process was incredibly easy.
This dress is gorgeous considering it is somewhat a replica of a designer brand that I know that it matches. I must admit I was a little nervous about ordering a dress online without trying it on first, plus I have never ordered clothing on Amazon before. Only negative feedback I have is that it look like it was made in a rush and had a few frays on the lace and front of dress. Did get it a month earlier than expected. All in all, I highly recommend this dress if you are on a budget. So gorgeous!!! ???? wish I could have gotten a better picture of me in it though.....
